An ultra-high-yielding and vigorous white cabbage hybrid. Can be planted directly into the soil due to its strength and vigour. The leaves are deep green with an intense waxy coating. The heads are flat round, tight and pale green. It has superb eating qualities both fresh and pickled due to its high vitamin C content. Structon F1 is hardly ever damaged by thrips because the head is formed very rapidly. The hybrid is resistant to fusarium wilt.
