A late maturing (over 8 months) white cabbage hybrid with long storability. Unpretentious to growing conditions. Demonstrates excellent performance in any Ukrainian region and in any soil type (including acid soils). The plants are compact, so the weight of the head can be adjusted by changing spacing. The heads are uniform in size, tight and smooth, and formed of thin leaves with no coarse veins. The great advantages are that the hybrid is easy to clean and has minimal waste after preparation for sale in spring. Gilson F1 is tolerant to a range of leaf diseases.
